Service Description
Offering water healing therapy (aguahara) in the Quintana Roo region of the Riviera Maya between the cities of Puerto Morelos to Tulum. When planning your session, we need to consider factors like the weather, temperature, wind, ocean currents, and the seasonal elements nature brings to our beautiful beaches, such as seaweed or jellyfish. Once you’ve booked, we can go over the details to ensure everything aligns perfectly, making sure your session is truly unforgettable. If you're set on a specific date and the ocean isn’t cooperating, we can always switch to the calm waters of a local pool, ensuring the experience is just as magical, no matter what Mother Nature has in store. Travel for services outside of Playa del Carmen will be as follows; ~ 15 mins - 150 pesos ~ 30 mins - 300 pesos ~ 45 mins - 450 pesos ~ 60 mins - 600 pesos
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy for Aguahara Sessions Thank you for choosing to work with me for your Water Healing Therapy Aguahara session. To ensure the highest level of service and respect for both our time, I have the following cancellation and rescheduling policy in place: Cancellations: 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur a charge. Less Than 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a 50% charge of the session fee. 2 hours Prior Cancel or No Show: If you fail to attend your session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged. Rescheduling: 24-Hour Notice: Rescheduling your session is possible with at least 24 hours' notice. If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible, and I’ll do my best to accommodate you. Less Than 24-Hour Notice: Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session are subject to availability, and may incur a 50% rescheduling fee. Exceptions: I understand that life can sometimes present unexpected situations. If you experience an emergency or a situation beyond your control, please reach out as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate you. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to your session, your session time will be shortened to respect the schedule of other clients. The full session fee will still apply
