Service Description
Offering water healing therapy (aguahara) in the Quintana Roo region of the Riviera Maya between the cities of Puerto Morelos to Tulum. I am centrally located in Playa del Carmen and can either come to your pool or I can arrange a pool to use in town. I am available to travel for services outside of Playa del Carmen to where you're located. Travel fees are as follows; ~ 15 mins - 150 pesos ~ 30 mins - 300 pesos ~ 45 mins - 450 pesos ~ 60 mins - 600 pesos When planning your session, we will also need to consider factors like the weather, the temperature of the pool, and its depth. Once you’ve booked, we can go over the details together to make sure everything aligns perfectly, ensuring your session is nothing short of amazing.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy for Aguahara Sessions Thank you for choosing to work with me for your Water Healing Therapy Aguahara session. To ensure the highest level of service and respect for both our time, I have the following cancellation and rescheduling policy in place: Cancellations: 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur a charge. Less Than 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a 50% charge of the session fee. 2 hours Prior Cancel or No Show: If you fail to attend your session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged. Rescheduling: 24-Hour Notice: Rescheduling your session is possible with at least 24 hours' notice. If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible, and I’ll do my best to accommodate you. Less Than 24-Hour Notice: Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session are subject to availability, and may incur a 50% rescheduling fee. Exceptions: I understand that life can sometimes present unexpected situations. If you experience an emergency or a situation beyond your control, please reach out as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate you. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to your session, your session time will be shortened to respect the schedule of other clients. The full session fee will still apply
